"Request for URGENT help" feature:
If a player has < 500 cash, and 0 Missile Stock, and 0 Production nodes - they can request URGENT help.
The request can be granted or denied based on the players "luck" stat.
At 6 "luck" or below the player has a 1 in 4 chance of getting help
At 7 and 8 "luck" the player has a 1 in 3 chance of getting help
At 9 and 10 "luck" the player has a 1 in 2 chance of getting help
If help is granted the player will receive + 1500 cash
If the request is denied, the player receives 0 and has to wait 5 seconds to issue another request (if request condition (cash, stock, nodes) hasn't changed)

Feb 24th - Build 0.0.17
- Added - Level time remaining stat added to "Additional information" panel
- Changed - Enemy Coinship destroys no longer add to player score
- Changed - Direct enemy kills and Indirect enemy kills now add + 5 to score (before Direct + 10, Indirect + 2)
- Changed - Current Level set to rise in 90 second intervals (replacing level being determined by score)
- Changed - Production node values - Level 1 100 to 200 / Lv2 125 to 225 / Lv 3 150 to 250 / lv 4 175 to 275 etc....
